About Us
Our mission is to offer high-quality, sustainable men’s clothing. The eco-friendly wave has started with our shorts which are made with fabric from recycled plastic bottles. Our shorts are perfect in and out of the water.
Our Story
In 2017, Brandon Carter was tired of forking out extravagant amounts of money for high-quality clothing. The quality out-lasted cheaper brands but the price point was exorbitant. Through research, he realised that it is not the material that ballooned the price but more so the brand associated with the clothing. From there on, he set out to build a brand to mix timeless designs, high-quality materials at an affordable price.
SevenC’s is a double entendre. Firstly it refers to the ancient seven seas, this is an influence as Australian culture is embedded with the ocean and the love for the environment. The second meaning refers to the seven immediate family members with the last name carter, hence Seven Carter’s.
In 2019 Brandon’s love for the environment entwined with SevenC’s. His tertiary education in Environmental Management and Sustainability, as well as Natural Resource Management, laid a concrete foundation for turning SevenC’s into an Australian Sustainable Fashion Powerhouse.
We strive ourselves on sourcing the best possible materials which result in a comfortable fit and materials will last. Our products are built to last, especially for the Australian elements. Our shorts are durable and quick-drying with excellent resistance to salt and chlorine water, UV light from the harsh Australian sun.
Here at SevenC’s, we are very precise and selective with which designs come into fruition. We will only manufacture designs we believe are timeless. We strive to create products you want to wear day in and out.
The earth has an abundance of plastic. Turtles are snorting it, fish are consuming it and truth be told we’re eating it! In an attempt to rid some of the earth’s plastic, our 2019 eco-friendly shorts are manufactured from recycled plastic bottles. Our shipping method is carbon neutral and our packaging is 100% compostable!
